While growing up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, I was always aware I had some type of creative streak, but, never found a way to channel this creativity. While attending Purdue University to obtain my marketing degree, I took an elective art class where I discovered my passion for painting and the outlet for my creativity. After spending many years in the corporate world, I decided to follow my passion and I am now completely engaged in being a full-time artist.
Primarily a self-taught artist, my working studio is located at the Lorton Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, Virginia. I also am an artist member at The Torpedo Factory Art League in Alexandria, Virginia, and the Greater Reston Art Center in Reston, Virginia. I live and paint in Woodbridge, Virginia, and have sold my work nationally.
